2024 Procedures for Potted Plant OrdersDelivery• Per Mile Fee: Invoices for delivered orders will include a delivery fee of $1.50per mile, one-way.• Minimum Order Amount: The minimum order amount for delivered orders is:â–ª $1,500.00 for deliveries from March 15 to June 15; andâ–ª $750.00 for deliveries any other time of the year.Pick-Up Orders• Two Days Ahead of Pick Up: All Pick-Up Orders are to be submitted to Gilbertie’s Organicsat least 48 hours in advance of the expected Pick-Up Date.• Pick-Up Date: Pick-Up Order customers will be given a scheduled Pick-Up Date.Orders not picked up on that date will be restocked.• Handling Fee: Pick-Up Order invoices will include a Handling Fee of $100.Full Flats Only• Full Flats of the Same Variety: All one-pint and two-quart potted plants, and all cold cropvegetables, are sold by the full flat, with the entire flat of thesame variety.Customers who would like to buy Gilbertie’s Organics’ 1-pint and 2-quart potted plants in lessthan full flats, or less than a full flat of our cold crop vegetables, can consider purchasing fromGilbertie’s Garden Center in Westport, Connecticut, which provides a 15% discount off of retailprices for wholesalers who bring with them a copy of their re-sale certificate.
