CORONAVIRUS PROCEDURES FOR WHOLESALE CUSTOMERS: At this time, customers are not permitted to enter buildings at our wholesale operation due to CDC regulations regarding Coronavirus. All orders must be placed through Fax, Email or Phone.
Gilbertie's Microgreen, Herb and Salad blends are all soil-grown in our custom blended, USDA certified, soil that took 4 years to develop and perfect. Our soil ensures that each micro, herb, and leaf contains the highest amount of nutrients, essential oil, and amazing taste. Hydroponically-grown microgreens are much easier to cultivate, but they cannot compare in flavor or nutrition to our soil-grown microgreens. Chefs and consumers all across New England and New York love them. We're sure you will, too!
