Gilbertie's Microgreens

Gilbertie's Microgreen, Herb and Salad blends are all soil-grown in our custom blended, USDA certified, soil that took 4 years to develop and perfect. Our soil ensures that each micro, herb, and leaf contains the highest amount of nutrients, essential oil, and amazing taste. Hydroponically-grown microgreens are much easier to cultivate, but they cannot compare in flavor or nutrition to our soil-grown microgreens. Chefs and consumers all across New England and New York love them. We're sure you will, too!
