About the event
Herb Walk
Join us to learn about the medicinal plants in your back yard. We will wander along the forrest's edge, transition zones and verdant meadows, foraging for edible delights and medicinal herbs. As we walk, we will be teaching about each plant's folklore, chemistry, safety, medicinal uses and essence.
Workshop
Together, we will identify, harvest, and craft an array of locally sourced remedies, concocting your very own elixirs, smudge sticks, tinctures, and soothing salves.
Everyone leaves with their own hand made medicines and the skills skills to do it again on their own.
