of the harvest and production process, from olive grove to bottle, while offering an inside look at the traditions and care behind olive oil production.

As a certified Olive Oil Sommelier, Tamara will guide participants through the nuances of extra-virgin olive oil - how it is produced, what defines its quality and how to taste it properly.

Chef Katie McKeown will complement the presentation with originally handcrafted small bites featuring Agape extra virgin olive oil demonstrating how the right extra virgin olive oil can complement, enhance, and sometimes become the defining flavor of a dish.
