Fish Herbs

Makes 1 cup


Ingredients:

5 Tbs fresh basil, chopped

5 Tbs fresh fennel leaves, chopped

4 Tbs fresh flat-leaf parsley, chopped


Preparation:

Combine all herbs and refrigerate in an airtight container. Use within one week.
