Makes 1 cup
2 bunches scallions, coarsely chopped
¼ cup fresh lime juice, strained
¼ cup fresh parsley, minced
2 Tbs fresh thyme, minced
1 Tbs fresh rosemary, minced
1 clove garlic, minced
2 small fresh jalapeno chili peppers, seeded and minced
2 tsp paprika
¼ tsp Tabasco
Salt and pepper, to taste
In a food processor or blender, combine all ingredients until finely chopped. Store in a covered container in the refrigerator. Use within one week.
