Baked Custard


5 Servings


3 extra large eggs

1½ cup milk (soymilk or rice beverage may be substituted)

1¼ tsp Green Stevia Powder

1½ tsp vanilla extract

1/8 tsp cinnamon


Preheat oven to 325°.

Whisk the eggs.

Add remaining ingredients and whisk again.

Cover and chill one hour to blend flavors.

Whisk briefly. Pour into 5 custard dishes.

Place dishes in a flat baking pan. Pour very hot water around the dishes to a depth of one inch.

Bake at 325° about 50 minutes or until a knife inserted near center comes out clean.

Chill and serve.
