Ingredients:
3 cups of Petite Edibles, any variety
1/2 cup of Pea Shoots
1/2 Sugar Snap Peas
1/2 cup of blanched Peas
Preparation:
Put the Edibles and vegetables in a bowl and toss. Drizzle some Balsamic vinegar and Extra Virgin Olive Oil to taste and toss again.
