4 Veal chops, cut 1½ inch thick
3 cups fresh orange juice
¼ cup chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
⅓ cup fresh coriander, chopped
1 small jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced
Trim veal chops of visible fat.
Combine remaining ingredients.
Pour over chops and marinate for two hours, turning occasionally.
Grill five minutes per side for medium-rare, brushing frequently with marinade.
